Hypnotherapy and its uses

Hypnotherapy is a combination of 2 words, Hypnosis and Therapy. It is a form of therapy using Hypnosis, where you will enter trance state which is highly focused, suggestible, relaxed and intense concentration.
To understand what is trance state, how hypnosis works, lets take the example of iceberg.
Most of you know Iceberg in an ocean is only 10% visible from outside, only the peak is above surface of ocean, and there is huge part of it, which is 9 times more than what you can see outside, is lying below the surface, deep under ocean.

In the above pic, our conscious mind is just 5%, which is like iceberg visible from outside. Rest 95% is subconscious mind which is below the surface of water deep down. And there is this critical faculty barrier which can be compared to surface of water which clearly draws line between the 2 minds, and makes the subconscious mind invisible or inaccessible to your awareness.

Hypnosis is a process where we will bypass this critical faculty barrier, and connects to subconscious mind to access the unlimited potential of this powerhouse. And this state of being is called trance state or hypnotic sleep. It is a very relaxed, focused, suggestible state, where your habits, beliefs. values, emotions, feelings, all memories are stored. Once you get access to this powerhouse, you can change anything for a positive impact.
